My goal is to help small businesses thrive by creating healthy, sustainable, and profitable enterprises. Why do business owners trust me to help them with their baby? One reason is my experience. I have been helping business owners for more than 20 years to build and grow the business of their dreams, I have empowered countless business owners across the US to achieve extraordinary success.
Secondly, I bring key profit-building principles to any business in any industry, combining cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of business dynamics. I use proprietary Profit Acceleration Software to provide insights into organizational health, prioritizing strategies for rapid profit growth. This tool evaluates businesses against many different profit strategies, allowing me to remove complexity and simplify the business growth process.
Thirdly, I am a relationship-oriented individual. I'm invested in your success and understand that your "why" drives you to achieve great things. I am passionate about supporting small businesses, the backbone of the American economy. I hate seeing the statistics that tell us 95% of all businesses fail in their first five years. That's just unacceptable. I fully believe that it's possible to reverse that trend with the right guidance and support. Let's do this!
During my 20+ years of experience in business building, I had the fortune of working in the high-tech industry for Microsoft. I saw digital transformation accelerate business growth in new and incredible ways. Some businesses thrived. Others weren't prepared and struggled mightily. During those years, it became easy to see the importance of building a solid business foundation. We are now experiencing another shift as we consider the impacts of artificial intelligence. Those afraid of embracing technology to drive business growth will be left behind.
Now that I'm retired from Microsoft, I still believe that technology helps build healthy and sustainable business growth at scale. My approach combines cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of business dynamics. The software informs my coaching conversations by using over 497 million weighted algorithmic sequences to prioritize optimal strategies for rapid profit growth.
Academically, I earned my MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, during the height of the pandemic because I'm a continuous learner and am always looking for new ways to grow. I want you to grow too.
From a personal perspective, I'm a servant leader at heart. My principles and values are rooted in my faith as a Christian. I believe that God gave me the spiritual gift of teaching and a heart for helping small business owner build the business they always dreamed of.
